We want you to love your order from Little Lana's Toys & More, but we understand that sometimes things don't go quite right.

💭Changed your mind?
No problem! You can return items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange, as long as:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in it's original packaging
• You email us within the 14-day window at: LittleLanasToys@outlook.com
• You cover return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrect

✖️Non-Returnable Items
Sorry, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened items (e.g slime, mystery bags, stickers)
• Balloons
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  

⚠️Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take care to check every item before it leaves us, but if something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll offer a full refund or replacement.
